Duties:
The Member Relationship Representative is a key team member that is responsible to provide excellent service to our membership in accurately processing member transactions, offering products and services, opening new accounts and more. Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Additional Desired Attributes:
Previous credit union, financial institution, cash handling, member service, sales or related experience
Misc Comments:
Typical indoor office work environment with continuous standing in a stationary position required. Must be able to also occasionally sit in a stationary position, reach, push, pull, lift/carry up to 50 pounds and move about/traverse inside the branch. Must be able to continuously communicate to others and exchange information, as well as, continuous repetitive use of hand/fingers, such as keyboard typing, counting cash, using office equipment, etc. Must be able to continuously think analytically, concentrate on tasks, and remember names and/or details. Requires frequent handling of stress and emotions; and occasional use of written communication.
