Days:Monday - Saturday (Saturdays on rotation)
Hours:Work hours vary between 8:00am and 6:00pm

Duties:

The Member Relationship Representative is a key team member that is responsible to provide excellent service to our membership in accurately processing member transactions, offering products and services, opening new accounts and more.  Northland offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:
 

Requirements:

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

 

The successful candidate will have a professional approach in dealing with others, work well in a team environment, as well as, display excellent communication skills. This position requires a member-focused, service-oriented and positive attitude. Must demonstrate consistent accuracy and efficiency, as well as, strong attention to detail. Must be able to educate members on credit union products/ services and use sound judgement. Requires strict adherence to confidentiality and protecting member sensitive data. Strong personal computer skills required. This position requires basic mathematical comprehension and proficiency in 10-key entry.

Additional Desired Attributes:

Previous credit union, financial institution, cash handling, member service, sales or related experience.

Misc Comments:

Typical indoor office work environment with continuous standing in a stationary position required. Must be able to also occasionally reach, push, pull, lift/carry up to 50 pounds and move about/traverse inside the branch. Must be able to continuously communicate to others and exchange information, as well as, continuous repetitive use of hand/fingers, such as keyboard typing, counting cash, using office equipment, etc. Must be able to continuously think analytically, concentrate on tasks, and remember names and/or details.
