Duties:

- Meets or exceeds established service goals as measured by the Internal Service Survey
- Meets or exceeds established growth and development goals
- Develops new business loan relationships
- Develops new deposit relationships
- Broadens existing loan and deposit relationships
- Originates residential mortgage loans and consumer loans
- Recommends business products and services as appropriate and in alignment with growth goals
- Performs effective underwriting of business loans
- Maintains knowledge of market conditions and provide recommendations for business service interest rates and fees
- Supports loan collection and delinquency mitigation efforts
- Responds to members and prospects in a timely, professional manner
- Promotes the Credit Union in the business community by regularly attending meetings of local business, professional and charitable organizations
- Monitors and/or ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, as well as, Credit Union policies and procedures
- Participates in special assignments and performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent job-related experience providing the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities of the role

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Licensed through Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
Additional Desired Attributes:
Previous outside sales experience. At least three (3) years of business lending or related business development experience.
